What is COMPASS?

COMPASS replaces the legacy Access database with a modern, multi-ship platform giving COs real-time visibility into crew activity and promotion progress. It manages crew rosters, promotions, events, awards, academy records, and announcements.

COMPASS is a supplemental platform — it works alongside the SFI Members Portal (db.sfi.org), not as a replacement.
